If you have lost your voter’s card or if it is damaged or expired, you can easily request a replacement by following a few simple steps:
Present your green National Registration Card (NRC)If your voter’s card is defaced or expired, bring it alongIf your voter’s card is lost, you must also present a police report
The Registration Officer will search for your details in the Register of Voters using your NRC numberIf your details are found, a replacement card will be issued
If your details are not found, you will be asked to complete a claim form. This process helps ensure everyone’s right to vote is protected.
